Let’s Go to the Beach, Beach; Let’s Go Get Away
This past weekend was spent in Tampa with The Apples and Poppy and CeCe who came all the way from Virginia to visit. We drove up Friday, stopped for lunch at Cracker Barrel and just hung with the fam the rest of the day. Saturday we headed East to Indian Rocks Beach, where daddy spent much of his childhood. We swam at the hotel pool, enjoyed frozen daiquiris (virgin of course), and had dinner at PJ’s Oyster Bar. KK is really bonding with her cousins… it is so adorable to witness. She would squeal with joy as Ethan chased her around the house and even held hands with Riley at dinner. I can barely get her to hold my hand at most times, Miss Independent. Sunday we relaxed at the beach after breakfast. Little girl actually got in the water this time. We have never really attempted to take her in when we have gone in the past, as the water has been too chilly but perfect temps this weekend. We made the drive home Monday… and little K
