A December to Remember

This December has been a whirlwind.  Is it seriously Christmas Eve already?  This may be the fastest December yet.  Not to mention it is a crisp 85 degrees outside.  Maybe that's why this month hasn't actually settled in yet.  Or it could be the fact that we have kept incredibly busy.

Between trips and visitors, it's no wonder this Christmas has snuck up on us.  It's cool though, Kaelyn is ready for Christmas to be over so it will be her birthday.  No joke, her words ... Christmas is tomorrow and then it's my BIRTHDAY!  Yes dear, a few eight weeks or so away.

We spent Thanksgiving in Fort Myers and made a quick pit stop beforehand to Busch Gardens just us girls and Uncle Jack.

Arriving back into our little town, we went shopping for the perfect Christmas tree, paid a visit to the big guy in red, and went to a holiday show at Kaelyn's preschool.

Clearly Lana is not a fan.  Although she has the best Ho, Ho, Ho out there.

We also managed to squeeze in another trip to Busch Gardens with everybody in attendance so we could take in all the beautiful Christmas decorations.

Our month is coming to an end and although it will be just us four on Christmas day, we got to celebrate Christmas early with my family and have Braxton's family coming a few days after Christmas.  It's the favorite part of the holiday for me, time with the fam.
